Hugo Liu is a Producer and Director based in the Bay Area. Originally from Hong Kong, he started a career in film working at a camera rental shop, and ever since he has been a director and cinematographer on several narrative short films, including two accepted into the Hong Kong International Film Festival. 

 

He continued his education in Motion Picture, and he produced narratives, short documentaries, and scripted web series. He worked as a production assistant, gaffer, camera operator, and production coordinator across Asia and the United States alongside production companies for clients such as Google, Salesforce, eBay, Firefox, and more. He also interned under Turner Broadcasting in Singapore.
